Open Question: Who has worn Costco Signature Premium hearing aids for over 5 years?

I am going to purchase the Costco Sig. Premium hearing aids. Can anybody tell to me that these hearing aids would last for 5 years or more if care has been taken ? Also, would it be the good one if there is still 4 more rooms for  hearing loss adjustment within the 5 years ?
